Our entire team is tasked with bringing each project in on-time and on-budget, while delivering superior quality. It's a team with deep bench strength. Below are profiles of select senior team members.
Attie Zedlitz, Director of Operations
With 12 years of industry experience, Attie manages our
entire team of project managers. She co-wrote our standard operating
procedures and our proprietary online project management system. AttieĀ has
beenĀ instrumental in the successful installation of tens of thousands
of rooms/units.
Kevin Tarpley, Director of Distribution
Kevin joined the JDF organization in May of 2000 as Service Manager. He brings 28 years of experience in Distribution and Logistics. His extensive experience includes 14 years with GATX and 5 years with Exel Logistics. While at Exel Logistics, Kevin spent 5 years as General Manager of a multiple facility 420,000 sq. ft. operation with 75 employees. His responsibilities included Start-up, hiring, training, safety, site budget, and financials. Kevin studied at Ferris State, Saginaw Valley State and Michigan State. His strengths include operational processes and team building
Inside Project Managers
Our inside project managers are your centralized point of contact for your installation. The team is experienced in installations and relocations, including remote and destination-style resort installations. Your inside project manager is versed in all aspects of transportation, warehousing and the installation process.
Outside Project Managers
Our team of outside project managers have the ability to handle complex installations and are highly experienced in all aspects of the installation process.
