Using JDF’s N-Gen system, our order fulfillment warehouses operate in a paperless, radio frequency (RF) environment. Merchandise is received, stored and retrieved for shipment using a fleet of mobile scanning devices. Sophisticated pick logic ensures that orders are picked and packed in the most efficient manner, increasing our ability to handle high velocity merchandise and order volume. Scan confirmations audit each order for accuracy twice as it passes through our sophisticated fulfillment systems. Dynamic and customizable document mapping tools enable us to configure customer-specific labeling and shipping documentations to meet customer specifications. Tracking information is generated and reported back to the customer. JDF employs electronic data interface, or EDI, protocols to integrate with our customers through multiple interfaces including AS2 commonly used by retailers. Our communication processes allow us to exceed the stringent requirements of big box retailers such as Wal-Mart.

Project management system

Our project management system – Matrix 2.0 -- enables us to provide superior project management processes and flawless execution of your projects, including freight management, inventory tracking, last mile delivery and installation. The Matrix system allows our project managers to generate a virtual model of your hotel, restaurant, medical center or retail store front. Each individual item that would be used to configure your facility is tracked from vendor to installation. Throughout the process, you are provided with access to sophisticated reports with up-to-the-minute data from the job site.

Web-based systems for greater visibility

Our systems are web-enabled so answers to your questions on inventory and order status are just a few clicks away. We offer 24/7 secure access to data on your products and projects. As for reporting, let us know what reports you want and we can provide you a unique sign-on to access and download these reports via the web.
