Warehousing
JDF Distribution has a service network of more than
1500 facilities worldwide this gives JDF representation in
almost every major and mid-sized market across the U.S., Canada,
and the Bahamas. Typically, we can source warehouse space within
20 miles of a project, reducing your transportation costs and
improving service for equipment and furniture installation.
All inbound product is verified and loaded into JDF’s
online inventory system within 24 hours of receipt, allowing

Freight Transportation
JDF is an installation company that can manage the freight
from the manufacturer all the way to the warehouse or install
site. Our team calls vendors and routes the freight to minimize
the need for warehousing. We choose the appropriate carrier
based on the type of goods being shipped. JDF manages all freight
claims and we provide $100,000 of insurance coverage per load
at no additional cost. All partner agents have lift-gate and
specialty equipment and will deliver off hours to support night
and weekend equipment and furniture installations. A variety
of other delivery equipment is sourced as needed. JDF can provide
you a flat fee to manage freight moves, track the status of
each delivery and provide you with web visibility to delivery
status.
Onsite Installation
Great planning and logistics support mean little without the
right onsite furniture installation support. JDF installation
managers are experienced
installation professionals who care enough to get it
right. They have a track record of bringing projects in on-time
and on-budget, for both renovation projects and new construction.
Using our Matrix 2.0 project management system, this onsite
team manages every detail associated with inbound transportation
and installation and is responsible for final punchlist sign-off.
Our installation team has particular experience in hotel
installation support and is trained in the different room
packages used by major hotel chains.
