JDF’s warehouse in Dallas enjoys Triple Freeport Zone status, which avoids inventory tax on goods that come into the market and are shipped outside of Texas within 175 days. This designation can significantly reduce your cost of doing business. All three taxing jurisdictions – school, city and county – honor this exemption.

JDF also provides Houston warehouse and transportation services to companies importing through the growing Port of Houston. We can transport goods from the Port to one of our distribution centers in Houston or Dallas, where we can strip and transload containers, as required. Our International Transportation team can arrange shipment from the point of origin, if needed.
