JDF Distribution is the
logistics services division of Daryl
Flood Mobility Solutions, a large household and office relocation
company started in 1982 by Texas entrepreneur, Daryl Flood.
Daryl founded JDF Distribution in 1996 in response to
growing customer and market demand for Texas warehousing and transportation
services in Dallas and Houston. Today, JDF offers a complete menu
of third-party logistics services using a fleet of late-model trucks
for local deliveries and modern distribution centers with advanced logistics
systems.
From the start, JDF Distribution has focused on serving
small- to mid-sized companies that want a logistics partner to act as
an extension of their organizations. We are a family-run business with
owners who answer your calls, get involved and have a stake in your total
satisfaction. In fact, our philosophy encourages
all staff to think and act like owners. So decisions that involve an
immediate customer need can be made on the spot -- without three layers
of approval.
Ironically, it’s because of our personalized service
to small and mid-sized companies that our “big company” customers find
us and stay with us.
Going forward, we will continue to invest in our strategy
to combine the personal service of an agile, owner-driven company with
